What is your favorite book?
I like books that make me laugh, and the one that has made me laugh the most over the past couple years is Free-Range Chickens by Simon Rich.
What is your favorite movie?
It’s a bit crass at times, but the humor in Anchorman just kills me.
What is your favorite musical genre? Artist/group?
I don’t have a favorite genre. Favorite groups of the past 10 years for me are Caedmon’s Call, Coldplay, The Mint, and Hillsong United.
PC or Mac? Why?
Mac. No viruses and they’re prettier.
What is your favorite word?
My favorite word is “saturday”.
If you could do one job other than your current one for a day what would it be?
humorist (writer/speaker)
Who has been the most inspirational person in your life?
I get inspired by anyone doing things well. From Jon Acuff to Regina Spektor to Michael Cera to Bill Simmons.
What is the best advice you have ever been given?
Trust in the Lord with all of your heart and lean not on your own understanding. In all of your ways acknowledge Him and he will keep your paths straight.
Who is the person you would most like to meet?
Osama Bin Laden so I could kick him in the shins and turn him over to the authorities.
What would you like to ask God when you meet him face to face one day?
Not sure that I’ll have anything to ask God when I meet Him. Pretty sure I’ll just be filled with awe and gratitude for a very long time.
