5 Reasons You Must See Toy Story 3

Yesterday I had the opportunity to go with my wife and niece to see the third and final movie of the Toy Story trilogy. I had heard so many good things about this film that I could not wait to see it. I personally consider the first two Toy Story films set a standard for what children’s movies I should aim to be. They are enjoyable for both kids and adults alike.

In the third movie Andy, now 17 years old, is getting ready to go off to college. As the result of him going off to college his sister will be taking over his old room. Andy has to figure out what must stay home in the attic, be donated, and go with him to college. Woody gets chosen as the only toy that will go to college. Needless to say all of the toys unintentionally end up in a box destined for the day care center. Then the action begins as Woody masterminds the plan to break all of his friends out of the day care and get them back to Andy where they belong. However, you are introduced to a grumpy old teddy bear and creepy baby doll that are not going to let the new toys leave.

Yet again the writers, directors, producers, animators and cast of this great film franchise do not let you down. They bring you a great story and great characters. This is a must have for and movie collection.

Five reasons you must see this movie:

1. Friendship – In all the films Woody has shown you the true meaning of friendship. He has never left a friend behind and never stopped caring for the ones that he has loved. In the third film he shows he is the true genuine friend we should all aim to be.

2. Emotions – This film has it all… At one point you are laughing with the characters, then you are the edge of your seat as Woody and the gang are trying to elude danger, and at points this movie is just tugging on your heart strings.

3. Spanish Buzz – At one point in the film Buzz gets put on a Spanish setting and all I have to say about it is that it will have you laughing long after the film has finished.

4. The Story – The writers of Toy Story again come up with a great tale that is entertaining for both kids and adults .

5. The End – Perfection. That is how they wrapped this film up. If you have enjoyed the other two and have not seen the third film you will not be let down by how this story ends.

Have you seen Toy Story 3? What did you think?

If you have not seen these films please take time to do so. They are wonderfully done, and can teach children some wonderful lessons.
