I started blogging in December of last year as a hobby. It allows me to write down ideas and things that are on my mind for anyone who would like to read them. On my blog you can find book and movie reviews, Christian and Religious thoughts, and whatever else I might find interesting or would like to talk about that day.
I have come to really enjoy it and it is almost like therapy and training for the mind. It allows me the opportunity to work on my writing(which is a work in progress), and to continually have to go though thought processes to think up new blog post ideas (which is stressful on some days).
Blogging, since I have come to enjoy it so much, and it not being my full time job has had to find a way into my schedule. The best time that I have found for this is during my hour lunch break at work.
The following is a list of things that has helped me to incorporate blogging into my daily schedule.
1. Get to work at least fifteen minutes early to work in the morning and read news and RSS feeds.
2. Have Evernote up and running the entire day. This allows me to make any notes for future blog posts and/or topics for posts. I have found that Evernote has been a great asset to blogging and keeping ideas and posts organized.
3. Lunch must be an easy to eat item. I usually go with a sandwich. That usually leaves me optimum time write or complete a post.
4. Write and/or finish post for the day.
5. Find and add images , video, and/or ads to the post.
6. Read and review post. Correcting typos and grammar issues.
7. If time allows get ahead on future blog posts and ideas.
8. When away from the office I have Evernote on my Blackberry for syncing ideas when on the go.
These are just some things that have helped me to incorporate blogging into my daily routine. I feel that if it is something that I enjoy then I should definitely make time for it in my schedule.
Do you have any tips for efficient blogging, or implementing it into your schedule?

I’m a lunch blogger myself, and follow a similar pattern. I try to write several in one sitting. Helps keep me ahead with my schedule in the event I get too busy to write that day.
