I have been thinking about this a lot lately.
How as believers we should act as one body for the Kingdom of God. Though we may have different styles of worship we should all have the same end goal in common. To spread the word of God, share the love of God, and worship and serve the Lord on a daily basis.
How often, we loose concept to this and turn up our noses to those that worship or feel more comfortable worshiping in different methods than we do. Though I have changed through gaining wisdom, I was once guilty of this and I feel terrible for this.
I saw the hints one body as I spoke about last week while at the Hillsong United concert. It really was a thing to behold. All differences aside the body of God can be a very powerful thing.
Now more than ever do we need the ENTIRE body of God to step up as one. Just look around you, or turn on the news. The world is in need of us!
Let’s work to be ONE BODY!

This makes me think of Ephesians 4:4 “There is one body and one Spirit – just as you were called to the one hope that belongs to your call”
Good word bro!
Thanks for sharing Tony!
I shared this on the blog a little while back, but I remember being in Amsterdam about 7-8 years ago for a missions trip, and thinking, “Wow… the diversity here is amazing.” Every nation, all ages, different backgrounds. Not only with the people we talked to on the streets, but also in the small church we worshiped at on Sunday. Enjoyed your post, Adam!
Thanks Dustin for you insight and compliments.
I hope to go on a missions trip someday.
There are differences that cause disruptions, but there can be and should be a unity present that can overwhelm them.
Agree Matt! Thanks bro.
Remember when men were in one accord to build a tower that will reach the heavens? Then God said something like, “if they are united nothing they plan to do will be impossible for them”.
That’s the key right there. Unity=possible. Division = impossible.
Truth! Love it!
Thanks Moe.
your blog keeps looking better and better…. from a design perspective!
Thanks John.
I love how unabashed worship is large groups helps bring people together. Definitely a moving experience.
I agree KC. Very moving!
