Serving

Service I believe is a great tool in witnessing to others. It gives others to see God in you actions. It allows you to help others that are less fortunate than yourself.

Why do we not do it then? The main reason that I believe that we do not serve others more is that we are just so selfish with our own time. Instead of going and spending a half a day on Saturday helping the less fortunate we would rather be sleeping, watching tv or do countless other things. What if the tables were turned and you were the less fortunate? Look at it from there perspective. Changes things a little…

Instead of being selfish in 2010 lets look to serve more and show others the Lord through our actions.

What else hinders us from serving others?
