Sounds That Drive Me Crazy

There a lot of sounds that drive us as humans crazy. Whether it be finger nails ran across a chalk board or babies crying there are specific sounds that get to all of us. Here are five that really get to me.

1. Road trip rattle. When on a road trip something in  the back of the car rattling. This will result in me having to pull the car over and find the culprit of the sound before proceeding. Over the years this has lead to me perfecting the art of packing in a manner that avoids this…

2. The cup holder. There always seems to be something that has been put in a cup holder in a car that will rattle.

3. Songs. Yes, songs. If I pick up on the time use of a repetitive symbol in song it will completely ruin a song for me. It will be all that I can here when I hear the song come on.

4. The covered dish. I know you have all had to take a covered dish somewhere before. You know the rattle of the lid all the way there. Yea, that drives me nuts too.

5. Forks and Spoons. Last and probably far and above the worst sound that I cannot stand to hear is the sound of a metal spoon or fork gliding across teeth. Just writing about this send chills sends chills up my spine. if I am eating with someone who does this it takes all I can do to make it through the meal.

Anyway, those are few of the sounds that just drives me nuts. i can put up with the screech of nails on a chalk board over all the sounds noted above for sure….
